URI women's basketball hosts Atlantic 10 rivals at Ryan Center

The University of Rhode Island women’s basketball team is set to face key Atlantic 10 opponents at the Ryan Center during the 2026-27 season. URI secured the No. 1 seed in last year’s conference tournament, finishing with a 16-2 record alongside George Mason. The Rams will host Loyola Chicago and VCU, both of whom have been competitive in recent seasons. URI aims to build on a successful campaign last year, where they reached the NCAA Tournament for the first time in 30 years. New coach Colleen Mullen leads the team after former coach Tammi Reiss' departure. Game details including dates and times will be announced later.
