UVA women’s basketball secures commitment from four-star Nevaeh Roberson

Nevaeh Roberson, a four-star wing from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, has committed to Virginia women’s basketball for the 2027 class. Head coach Aaron Roussell, in his first recruiting cycle, has already secured several transfers and freshmen, with Roberson marked as a standout addition. Known for her versatility on the court, Roberson can play multiple positions effectively, which aligns with Roussell’s offensive style. She previously played for Team Takeover, averaging 11.6 points and nearly five rebounds per game this spring. UVA is also set to renew its in-state rivalry with Old Dominion, planning a home-and-home series starting on November 15, 2026.
