UW-Whitewater sets total yardage record in win against Carleton College

The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Warhawks opened their football season with a 69-7 victory over Carleton College on September 5 in Whitewater. The home team set a program record by accumulating 762 total yards during the nonconference contest. Darrick Hill contributed to the offensive effort with a 98-yard touchdown run, establishing a new school record for the longest run from scrimmage.
