Vasco captures first Brasileiro U-20 title after win over Palmeiras

Vasco secured its first-ever Brasileiro U-20 championship title on Friday at Nubank Parque by overcoming a first-leg deficit against Palmeiras. After losing the opening match 1-0, Vasco responded with a 2-0 victory in the return leg to claim the trophy. Striker Andrey Fernandes scored both goals, finding the net in the sixth minute and again in the second half. Despite intense pressure from the two-time reigning champions, Vasco maintained its defensive structure throughout the match to confirm the win.
