Vermont women to face Maine in America East opener on New Year's Eve

The America East conference has announced the 2026-27 men’s and women’s basketball schedules for Vermont. The defending champion women's team will start the season against Maine, a rematch of last year's championship game, on December 31. The men's team will also begin conference play on the road at Binghamton on January 2. Both games mark the start of competitive play in the upcoming league season.
