"Four-time Formula One champion Sebastian Vettel has defended his environmental activism, acknowledging that some people may find it difficult to reconcile with his background in motor racing. "I am aware that it is difficult for many people to hear my voice on the issue because I don't have the background you might expect when it comes to addressing such issues," Vettel told dpa in an interview in Sassnitz on the German island of Rügen.
