Victor secures fifth straight title, HF-L repeats as champions

Victor won a thrilling double overtime match against Pittsford with a final score of 9-8 in the Class B finals. After leading 6-1 at halftime, Victor saw their advantage diminish as Pittsford mounted a comeback, ultimately tying the game late in regulation. In double overtime, Meaghan O’Brien scored the decisive goal for Victor, who advances to the state tournament. In the Class C finals, Honeoye Falls-Lima dominated Livonia/Avon/Geneseo, winning 18-3, marking their second consecutive sectional title. HF-L showcased their strength throughout the match, leading comfortably at every quarter. Both Victor and HF-L will compete in the Far West Regional on June 4.
