Vikings add tight end Cam Grandy and defensive tackle Naquan Jones

The Minnesota Vikings signed tight end Cam Grandy and defensive tackle Naquan Jones to the team's practice squad on September 1. To accommodate the additions, the organization released tight end Marshall Lang from the practice squad. Grandy, a 26-year-old standing 6’5", joins the roster after stints in Cincinnati, providing potential depth as a blocking tight end. Jones is a 28-year-old veteran nose tackle who has previously played for the Tennessee Titans, Arizona Cardinals, Miami Dolphins, Los Angeles Chargers, and Houston Texans. The additions come as general manager Nolan Teasley continues to adjust the roster leading into the regular season.
