Vikings consider Yhonzae Pierre as 2027 NFL Draft edge prospect

Summary

The Minnesota Vikings are eyeing Yhonzae Pierre, an edge rusher from Alabama, as a potential addition in the 2027 NFL Draft. With Jonathan Greenard's recent trade to Philadelphia leaving a vacancy opposite Dallas Turner, Pierre stands out as a promising candidate, especially if he builds on his eight-sack performance from last season. Analysts note the deep talent pool available at EDGE rusher in the upcoming draft, giving the Vikings ample opportunity to address their needs.
