Vikings could consider Dante Moore in NFL draft as Kyler Murray's future hangs

Summary

The Minnesota Vikings may look to draft Oregon quarterback Dante Moore if they move on from Kyler Murray after this season. Brent Sobleski from Bleacher Report notes that Murray has had difficulties adjusting to coordinator Kevin O’Connell’s scheme, which complicates his potential contract extension. If Murray finishes strongly, the Vikings face a risk of overpaying for a new deal due to his current cap hit. With Moore projected as a first-round talent, Minnesota could find a succession plan following another disappointing quarterback stint.
