Villanova will host Coppin State in basketball on Nov. 24

Coppin State is set to meet Villanova on November 24, 2026, at Villanova's venue, according to the Eagles' official schedule. This matchup marks Villanova’s first known “buy game” for the upcoming 2026-27 season. Villanova has additional confirmed matchups, including an exhibition game against Rutgers on October 11 and a contest against Notre Dame in Rome on November 1. Coppin State finished the previous season with a record of 7-24 and was ineligible for the MEAC Tournament due to NCAA penalties.
