Vinicius Jr. predicts Real Madrid will win Champions League title

Real Madrid forward Vinicius Jr. publicly expressed confidence that his club will secure a 16th Champions League trophy this season. The Brazilian winger stated that the squad is prepared to return to the top of European competition after failing to advance beyond the quarter-finals during the previous two campaigns. Real Madrid opens its league-phase schedule against Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu on September 8. Vinicius acknowledged the tactical challenge posed by the Italian side but emphasized that the team has prepared for the matchup despite recent personnel absences. The club enters the tournament following a domestic loss to Real Betis, though the forward characterized the team's overall start to the season as positive. Vinicius noted that his previous goals in finals against Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund remain defining moments of his professional career.
