Vote for Ames Tribune female Athlete of the Week for May 24-30

The Ames Tribune is accepting votes for the female Athlete of the Week for the week of May 24-30. Nominees include Ava Lohrbach, who captured her second consecutive 3A girls state golf title at the Pheasant Ridge Golf Course, and Brinley Carlson, who helped Roland-Story secure a 2A girls state golf team championship. Other contenders are Jessie Lohman from Ames, who performed well at the 4A girls state golf meet, and Brynlee Hill and Bristol Courter, who excelled in softball games during the week. Voting will conclude at the end of the week, with results to be announced afterward.
