Vote for athlete of the week for Sept. 7-12 closes on Sept. 18

Voting is currently open for multiple athlete of the week polls covering different sports from Sept. 7 to 12. Readers can vote for the boys and girls athletes along with a football player of the week. The polls will close at various times, with selections announced shortly after. Athletes nominated include Ryan Beckett, who scored two goals for Susquehannock soccer, and Prestons Hassinger, who had a hat trick for Dover soccer. Other nominees come from golf and cross country. The polls will close by noon on Thursday, Sept. 17, and winners will be revealed via social media.
