Vote for Courier & Press Athlete of the Week for May 25-June 1

The Courier & Press is holding a vote for the Athlete of the Week for the period of May 25 to June 1, with polling open until 10 a.m. CT on Sunday. Several athletes are nominated, including Emma Dilger, who won her match at No. 1 singles to help Memorial tennis claim the semi-state championship. Other standout nominees include Carter Fuhs from Northeast Dubois baseball, who made significant contributions at both the plate and on the mound, and De'Janay Layne from North track & field, who set a regional record in the 100 meters. The poll will determine the week’s top athlete from various individual performances across Southwestern Indiana.
