Wales begins its Nations Championship campaign next weekend, hosting Japan, New Zealand, and Australia in Cardiff. Under head coach Steve Tandy, the team looks to improve on a mixed July campaign that left them fifth in the northern hemisphere standings. Their first match against Japan is scheduled for November 7. Following that, Wales will face New Zealand on November 14 and Australia on November 21, concluding the month with a playoff match at the Allianz Stadium. With ticket sales reportedly slow, attendance could be a concern at the Principality Stadium.

- •They currently sit fifth in the Nations Championship standings.
