Wanya Morris, former offensive lineman for the Oklahoma Sooners, has been traded from the Kansas City Chiefs to the Atlanta Falcons. The deal includes a late-round pick swap. Morris, a third-round draft pick in 2023, started eight games at Oklahoma in 2022 and was named second-team All-Big 12. He hopes to secure a full-time starting position in Atlanta following a knee injury last season. The Falcons are in need of tackle assistance as they rebuild their offensive line and adjust to either Michael Penix Jr. or Tua Tagovailoa at quarterback this year.
