Washington Commanders evaluate linebacker depth and offensive line configuration

The Washington Commanders are assessing their linebacker group as the team prepares for the upcoming season. Analysts point to the athleticism of the position, noting that current players including Jordan Magee and Kain Medrano recorded high scores in relative athletic testing. Meanwhile, questions persist regarding the offensive line following a joint practice with the Baltimore Ravens. While some reports characterize the interior unit as struggling, team management maintains confidence in the roster. The decision to shift Brandon Coleman to tackle occurred after a triceps injury to Tunsil. The team elected against signing a high-priced center during the off-season, opting instead to start Allegretti. Coaches continue to evaluate various personnel packages ahead of the first regular-season game.
