Washington Commanders plan logo change for 2027 season

The Washington Commanders are set to change their primary logo for the 2027 season, according to sources. The new design will feature an alternate 'W' logo with a spear running through it, first introduced with their black 'Hail Raiser' uniform in April. This change comes as part of ongoing adjustments made by the team's ownership, Josh Harris and Mark Clouse, following previous feedback on branding. The announcement has stirred discussions among fans and analysts alike, as the team prepares for its upcoming match against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
