Washington Huskies defeat Washington State Cougars at Husky Stadium

Washington defeated Washington State 30-7 on September 6 at Husky Stadium in Seattle. The Huskies' defense held Washington State quarterback Caden Pinnick to 142 passing yards and forced three turnovers, including interceptions from Jeron Jones and Alex McLaughlin. Washington struggled with penalties and short-yardage execution, failing to score on multiple fourth-down attempts. The win came at a cost as running backs Jayden Limar and Quaid Carr sustained long-term injuries during the game.
