The Washington Huskies are positioned strongly to recruit five-star edge rusher Jalanie George, according to recent projections from Rivals' Brandon Huffman and Steve Wiltfong. George, a 6-foot-5, 245-pound player from Desert Edge High School in Arizona, is ranked as the No. 9 overall player in the 2028 class. Washington competes with Oklahoma as the leading contender for his commitment after he listed the Huskies among his top six schools in May.
