Washington players celebrate America 250 in Middletown, Virginia

On July 4, Washington NFL greats Dexter Manley and Mark Moseley, along with current Commanders running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt, participated in festivities to celebrate America's 250th anniversary in Middletown, Virginia. The event included a parade and was characterized as the town's largest fireworks display in history. Manley, a significant figure in the Washington Redskins' history with 97 quarterback sacks, and Moseley, the only kicker to win an MVP award, joined the celebration along with local meteorologist Lauryn Ricketts. Croskey-Merritt, who made a notable impact in his rookie season, was part of the commemorative activities.
