The Washington Spirit announced today the signing of Alimata Bélem, a defender from Burkina Faso, to a four-year deal extending through the 2029 season. Currently with SD Eibar in Liga F, Bélem will continue her loan there until the conclusion of the 2026 season before joining the Spirit.
