The 49th Boilermaker Road Race in Utica is set for a perfect day, as per Binghamton National Weather Service. With approximately 4,500 runners signed up for the 5K and 11,000 for the 15K, the forecast predicts mostly sunny conditions and temperatures ranging from the 60s in the morning to the upper 80s by afternoon. Winds will be light at around three miles per hour, and no precipitation is expected. Early Saturday morning temperatures will begin in the 60s, gradually rising throughout the day before cooling off in the evening.
