Lightning delays forced changes to the week four high school football schedule across South Dakota on Friday. The KELOLAND SportsZone broadcast condensed its coverage to six featured games due to the disruptions and time constraints. Highlighted matchups included the Game of the Week featuring #2 Tea Area at #3 Watertown. Other featured contests covered included Dakota Valley at #1 Elk Point-Jefferson, #2 Bon Homme at Garretson, and Bridgewater/Emery-Ethan at Sioux Falls Lutheran. The program also showcased #4 Avon at #1 Freeman and #5 Colman-Egan at #1 St. Mary's. Additional ranked teams were scheduled to compete on Friday, but weather necessitated adjustments.
