Werder Bremen shows interest in midfielder Jordan Holsgrove

Werder Bremen is pursuing Scottish midfielder Jordan Holsgrove, currently with GD Estoril Praia. The 26-year-old has become a key player in the last three seasons and has seen his market value double from €2.5 million to €5 million. Bremen is also seeking to strengthen its midfield following the exits of Leonardo Bittencourt and possibly Jens Stage. Holsgrove may be available for a lower cost or on a loan deal, given his lower valuation compared to other targets. The club has already made several signings to address other position needs this summer.
