Werder Bremen sign left-back Moussa Ndiaye on loan from RSC Anderlecht

SV Werder Bremen confirmed the signing of Moussa Ndiaye on a season-long loan from RSC Anderlecht on Tuesday. The 24-year-old left-back returns to German football after spending the second half of last season on loan at Schalke 04. Peter Niemeyer, the club’s head of professional football, stated the player provides necessary depth to the defensive line and possesses the capability to play at centre-back. Ndiaye previously developed through the youth system at FC Barcelona before his move to the Belgian side in 2022.
