Summary

Werder Bremen is poised to announce the signing of Ludovit Reis from Club Brugge before their friendly match against Auxerre on Saturday. Reis, 26, has reportedly arrived in Bremen for the move, marking his return to Germany after leaving Hamburg for Club Brugge last summer.
