West Ham draws with QPR as Edson Álvarez remains sidelined

Summary

West Ham's 1-1 draw against Queens Park Rangers on October 11 has prompted discussions about Nuno Espírito Santo's team choices. Edson Álvarez was left out of the matchday squad despite being available, continuing a trend this season. Jarrod Bowen equalized after a controversial penalty allowed QPR to score first, but he later missed a chance to secure a win from the spot. With three matches without a victory, West Ham is facing questions about its squad depth and selection strategies as January approaches, including potential moves for Álvarez.
