West Ham plans £30m bid for Celtic midfielder Arne Engels
Summary

West Ham United is preparing to submit a £30 million bid for Celtic midfielder Arne Engels, according to reports. The proposal would include around £25 million in guaranteed money, plus significant bonuses based on promotion-related performance. Celtic has resisted previous bids, but the player's fine form and proposed wages may influence their decision. The Glasgow club has identified potential replacements, including Torino midfielder Gvidas Gineitis. Should West Ham's offer materialize, it could challenge Celtic's current resolve regarding Engels.
