White Sox announce details for postseason games at Rate Field

The Chicago White Sox released a postseason advisory ahead of their American League Division Series opener against the Cleveland Guardians on October 7. Fans attending the game are advised to arrive early, as street closures and heavy traffic are expected. Gates open two hours before the 3 p.m. CT first pitch, and all postseason games will be designated “Blackout Games,” encouraging fans to wear black. Tickets are available for purchase online, but only prepaid parking will be accepted at Rate Field. Live entertainment will be provided in the plaza before the game, with official postseason merchandise sold on-site.
