Whiteman scores as Wrexham leads Preston 4-1 at home

Ben Whiteman scored his first goal for Wrexham during a 4-1 match against Preston North End on October 18. The midfielder celebrated the goal by responding to jeers from Preston fans, whom he had previously played for. Wrexham's win comes after a challenging period for manager Phil Parkinson, who faced pressure following previous poor performances. The victory moves Wrexham up to 14th in the Championship as they prepare for an upcoming match against Blackburn Rovers.
