Wichita State volleyball hosts UMKC in exhibition match

Wichita State's volleyball team played an exhibition match against the University of Missouri-Kansas City on Saturday at The Roundhouse in Wichita, Kansas. The Shockers took the first set in a close contest before winning the second and third sets decisively. Both teams continued to compete through a fourth and fifth set as part of the exhibition. Wichita State will kick off its regular season at home next Friday with the Shocker Volleyball Classic, hosting Idaho State, Stephen F. Austin, and Missouri State.
