Williams Valley responded in the second quarter when Fletcher Thompson scored, before the Vikings narrowed the gap further after halftime with another touchdown from Thompson. Cayden Witmer eventually gave the visitors the lead in the fourth quarter with a rushing touchdown. North Schuylkill threatened to retake the lead on a final drive, but the Vikings' defense stopped the effort on consecutive downs. Williams Valley coach Frank Gaffney credited his team's resiliency and the defensive front's performance in the final minutes for the win.
