Winnipeg scores six unanswered runs to beat Sioux Falls Canaries 6-3

The Winnipeg Goldeyes rallied from a 3-0 deficit to defeat the Sioux Falls Canaries 6-3 on June 1 at Blue Cross Park. The Canaries took an early lead with three runs in the first two innings, highlighted by Anthony Sharkas' run scored on a Jabari Henry hit. Winnipeg slowly closed the gap, scoring two runs in the sixth, tying the game in the seventh, and ultimately taking the lead with a three-run homer. Sioux Falls' offense struggled thereafter, managing only one hit for the rest of the game. The Canaries fell to a 10-7 record with the loss, their second straight defeat. The two teams will continue their series on June 2 at 6:30 PM.
