Wisconsin Badgers hockey secures commitment from Ethan Sung

The Wisconsin Badgers have received a commitment from forward Ethan Sung, a promising 2009-born prospect from Los Angeles. Sung recently excelled with Team USA at the 2026 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, scoring four goals and adding two assists in five games. He has tallied 57 points in 53 games with the Shattuck St. Mary's U18 Team. Standing 5-foot-7 and weighing 165 pounds, he is noted for his speed and skill against larger opponents. Sung has also been selected by the Sioux Falls Stampede in the 2025 USHL Futures Draft, with his commitment set for the 2028-29 season.
