Wisconsin volleyball faces Kentucky in season opener at AVCA First Serve

Wisconsin volleyball begins its season at the AVCA First Serve showcase on August 21 at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee. The Badgers, ranked sixth, will play against third-ranked Kentucky at 8 p.m. after last season's NCAA Final Four appearance. Wisconsin lost to Kentucky in a five-set match during the semifinals last year and looks to avenge that defeat with a revamped lineup featuring 11 newcomers. Following the match against Kentucky, Wisconsin will face Louisville on August 22 at 3 p.m.
