Summary

The Washington Wizards are in talks with Anthony Davis about his future with the team. Davis, currently under a three-year contract, hinted at staying with the Wizards during a conversation with ESPN's Marc J. Spears at Summer League. He mentioned waiting to see what the team decides, despite speculation surrounding his player option for the 2027-28 season. Davis aims to play all 82 games next season and is optimistic that the Wizards can achieve 40-plus wins, a mark they haven't hit since the 2017-18 season.
