Wolves sign goalkeepers John Ruddy and Joao Virginia ahead of transfer deadline

Wolverhampton Wanderers have completed the signings of goalkeepers John Ruddy and Joao Virginia just before the transfer deadline passes. Ruddy, who previously played for Wolves and won promotion with the team, returns after two seasons at Birmingham and Newcastle. Virginia joins from Sporting Lisbon after previously playing for Everton. Wolves have allowed goalkeeper Daniel Bentley to leave for Coventry City, while retainings Jose Sa and Sam Johnstone.
