Woody Marks unlikely to receive high touches for Texans in 2026

Woody Marks, drafted by the Texans in the fourth round last year, struggled with efficiency, averaging 3.6 yards per carry. Despite catching three touchdowns, the team's offseason moves, including signing David Montgomery, indicate Marks may not have a prominent role. The Texans are focused on improving their team for a potential playoff run, which could limit Marks' opportunities. While the offensive line is expected to improve, Marks is considered mainly a bench stash unless a situation arises that grants him starting opportunities.
