Wrexham parts ways with veteran forward Elliot Lee after four seasons

Wrexham announced the departure of forward Elliot Lee on deadline day, ending his four-year tenure at the club. The 31-year-old recorded 40 goals in 150 appearances and helped the Red Dragons secure three consecutive promotions during his time in Wales. Lee spent time on loan with League One side Doncaster Rovers in February after making only three appearances for Wrexham last season. In a social media post, the forward thanked the ownership, staff, and supporters for their role in the club's recent rise. Manager Phil Parkinson noted that the mutual decision allows Lee the opportunity to pursue more consistent playing time elsewhere. Along with Lee, Wrexham confirmed the departures of Davis Keillor-Dunn, Harry Ashfield, and Alex Moore following the close of the transfer window.
