WWE NXT names Michael Chandler special enforcer for Unsanctioned match

WWE NXT General Manager Robert Stone announced that UFC fighter Michael Chandler will serve as the special enforcer for the Unsanctioned match between Dion Lennox and Cruz Montana on the upcoming Wednesday event. Chandler, a former three-time Bellator Lightweight Champion, expressed enthusiasm for his role, stating, "It's set in stone!!!! Not a better man for the job...no one is more unsanctioned than me." Alongside this match, John Cena will make an appearance after a WWE Raw segment, and the finals of the 2026 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament will feature Noam Dar and Romeo Moreno against Hank Walker and Tank Ledger. NXT's next episode is rescheduled due to election coverage, which will coincide with AEW’s annual Blood & Guts edition.
