WWE NXT reported a significant increase in viewership for its August 18 episode, averaging 683,000 viewers, marking one of the year's strongest totals. This surge follows a dip to 588,000 viewers the week prior, attributed in part to the debut of Zilla Fatu., the show achieved a 56% increase in its key 18-49 demographic compared to the previous week. Despite this improvement, total viewership is down 7% from August 2025, and the 18-49 demographic has decreased by 33% year-over-year. The upcoming competition from NHL and NBA seasons may pose challenges for maintaining these numbers.
