WWE offers fans a vote for the WWE 2K27 cover star

For the first-time ever, WWE fans and gamers will have a say in who goes on the cover of WWE’s annual home video game release. There is an eight-person ballot, and for some reason neither Sami Zayn or Chelsea Green is on it. So I’m out. But if you still want to weigh in one of which of the stars on the ballot should be on the cover of WWE 2K27, you’ll have to join Club WWE. Announced after WrestleMania 42, Club WWE is a paid program that gives its members access to discounts, rewards, and exclusives like… voting for who gets the cover of WWE 2k27. Here’s the announcement, which breaks dow the cost of Club membership you as well: Ahead of the highly anticipated release of WWE 2K27, WWE and 2K have announced the first-ever WWE 2K27 Superstar Cover Fan Vote, giving registered Club WWE members an unprecedented opportunity to help determine which WWE Superstar will be immortalized on an edition of WWE 2K27, to be revealed in early 2027. Beginning Friday, Sept. 11, Club WWE members can cast their vote for one of eight WWE Superstars to appear on a cover of WWE 2K27: Bron Breakker, Fatal Influence, Je’Von Evans, Oba Femi, Penta, Sol Ruca, Stephanie Vaquer and Trick Williams. Fans can participate in the WWE 2K27 Superstar Cover Fan Vote by registering for Club WWE at WWE.com/ClubWWE and casting their vote exclusively through the Club WWE platform. Each registered Club WWE member is allowed one vote. Club WWE is home to WWE’s most passionate fans, bringing together ticketing, merchandise, community, rewards and exclusive content in one destination. Fans in the U.S. can join today for $99 annually, just $8.25 a month across the year. Snark about late-stage capitalizing aside, that list of names does signal a shift in focus for WWE and their licensing partners. WrestleMania main eventers and legends have dominated the video game cover spot for a while know. You probably have to go back to the Ruthless Aggression era and the first covers for John Cena and Brock Lesnar to find a younger, less decorated group than Bron Breakker, Fatal Influence, Je’Von Evans, Oba Femi, Penta, Sol Ruca, Stephanie Vaquer and Trick Williams.
