Wycombe Wanderers sign striker Jayden Wareham from Exeter City

Wycombe Wanderers have acquired forward Jayden Wareham from Exeter City for an undisclosed fee. The transfer marks the ninth addition to the Wycombe squad during the current summer window. Wareham finished the previous season with 22 goals across all competitions for the Grecians and now rejoins League One competition. According to Tom Stockwell, the club's director of football strategy, the organization views Wareham as a complete striker capable of threatening defensive lines and contributing inside the box. Although the signing is complete, the player was not registered in time to participate in Tuesday's fixture against Sheffield Wednesday. Wareham remains available for selection for the club's upcoming match against MK Dons at Adams Park this Saturday.
