Xavi Hernández in talks for Netherlands national team coaching position

Xavi Hernández, the former Barcelona coach, is among the leading candidates to manage the Netherlands national team. Recent discussions with the Dutch Federation (KNVB) indicate his strong interest in the position, which became available after Ronald Koeman's departure post-World Cup. Xavi has not taken a managerial role since leaving Barça two years ago, choosing to await a significant opportunity. If appointed, he would replace another Barcelona colleague in Koeman, marking a notable career shift. The KNVB is considering other candidates, including Roberto Martínez.
