Yankees' Aaron Judge diagnosed with rib stress fracture, out 4-6 weeks

Aaron Judge has been diagnosed with a stress fracture in his right rib and will be sidelined for four to six weeks. The New York Yankees had hoped Judge's injury wouldn't be severe, but those hopes were dashed after extensive testing. This injury comes as the Yankees look to rebound from a disappointing 2023 season, with optimism for the current roster's depth. Giancarlo Stanton is inching closer to returning from a calf strain, while Jasson Domínguez will begin a rehab stint soon. The Yankees are also evaluating potential trade options as the deadline approaches.
