York City has re-signed striker Dipo Akinyemi, previously with Derry City. Akinyemi, 29, scored 19 goals in 65 league appearances for York from 2023 to 2025. He had a productive season at Derry City, netting six goals in 24 League of Ireland matches. The club has not disclosed the terms of his new deal.
