The Young Bucks are one of AEW’s biggest attractions, so naturally they need a match at Forbidden Door. Without any obvious story direction, AEW did the next best thing to fit the vibe of the PPV by bringing in competition from the outside. The Young Bucks will face not one, but two teams at Forbidden Door. Plus, two title bouts were made official with talent from NJPW and CMLL. Tony Khan announced that AEW’s Elite will face CMLL’s Sky Team and NJPW’s Unbound Co. in a tag team three-way battle of factions. Sky Team is represented by Mistico and Mascara Dorada. Unbound Co. is represented by Shingo Takagi and Titan.
