Yuki Kobayashi scores from distance in Jagiellonia Bialystok loss to Lech Poznan

Former Celtic defender Yuki Kobayashi scored a long-range goal for Jagiellonia Bialystok in a 2-1 defeat against Lech Poznan. The 26-year-old struck from 30 yards to level the match before halftime after finding space to advance unchallenged through the opposition half. This was the second goal for the Japanese defender since his move to the Polish club. Despite the equalizer, Jagiellonia Bialystok ultimately lost the match following a late goal from Michal Gurgul. Kobayashi previously featured for the Polish side during their successful Europa League qualifying campaign which saw them eliminate Rangers.
